This is my take on an Indian brinjal pickle. It is packed with aubergine, garlic, onions, and many spices. This will complement cold meats cheese and would be banging with a curry.
Esta es nuestra version de un pepinillo indio brinjal. Está lleno de berenjena, ajo, cebolla y muchas especias. Esta salsa acompaña muy bien el queso, carnes frías y es genial con curry.
